Light
Craft Mfg. Inc. does not ship on a C. O. D. basis. All orders that have
not been approved on open account must be prepaid using a company check
or paid via credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover
will be accepted. Upon approval, credit terms are: NET 30 Days. Once
an invoice lapses into 60-day status the account will be placed on credit
hold, any current orders pending will not ship until the past due invoices
have been paid. Once an invoice lapses into a 90-day status the account
will be referred for collection and credit privileges will be revoked.

All
returns must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All returns are subject to a minimum of 20% re-stock fee. All returns
must be approved by calling customer service and being issued a valid
RA#. Anything returned without a valid RA# will be refused at the time
of delivery. Custom work is absolutely Non-Returnable. Bulbs/Lamps are
not included in the cost of the fixture unless otherwise specified. There
is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. A monthly 1.5% finance charge
will be added to all invoices 60-days and older. |
